Donation of £22k scanner

On 5th June the Friends of Queen Mary’s Hospital officially handed over a high-resolution ultrasound scanner and probe to the Spasticity Service.
This donation will significantly enhance diagnostic capabilities, improve patient care, and support multidisciplinary collaboration across departments.
It will be used to assist botulinum toxin muscle injections, nerve blocks for spasticity and training for lumbar punctures across the Vitali Clinic and the Neurorehabilitation Departments at QMH.
