Queen Mary’s is a key part of the South West London community providing hospital services to over 130,000 patients a year. It has 2 wards caring for amputees and neuro-rehab, and the elderly, the Wolfson neuro-rehab unit and the Douglas Bader Clinic. There is a limb-making factory on site, 26 out-patient clinics and a Minor Injuries Unit open 7 days a week.
The Friends of Queen Mary’s work in partnership with the hospital raising funds for extra amenities and providing volunteer services to really make a difference for patients, and with St. George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
